Before founding HR Life Line, Tasha worked in various HR capacities at companies such as General Electric, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Daimler Chrysler and Schindler Elevator and Escalators.  An experienced union negotiator, she has successfully negotiated union contracts, trained company officials on union avoidance, has worked on company re-organizations and has also opened and closed company facilities.
